1) Is international shipping available?

Yes. We are pleased to offer international shipping.


2) How long is shipping?

USA: 3-5 working days

Canada: 7-12 working days

International: 10-15 working days (may be significantly longer for slow-to-ship countries)

3) What happens if there are additional fees after shipping?

If items are shipped internationally, there may be fees assessed upon delivery for duties and customs charged by your country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.


4) Where do you ship from?

Our shipping facilities are located in Sacramento, Ca. USA


5) How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some instances, there will be a delivery confirmation instead.


6) What is the double drawn range?

All of our hair is made in the double drawn range including Virgin Hair, Fusion Hair, our Blonde Collections and Clip-in Hair which ensures thick voluminous hair from top to bottom!


7) The Shybexa Hair Extensions I selected aren’t the right color and I want to return/exchange them. What is the policy?

As long as you haven’t opened the package or broken the seal on your extensions we are happy to return/exchange them. You will need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to sending them back to us or the return/exchange will not be accepted.
Please write on the outside of the package with a marker “RETURN-NO DUTIES” so it doesn’t get held up in customs. Please also include your original invoice inside the package. Please do not use UPS as they can have very high rates. Feel free to use USPS regular shipping. We recommend sending the package back with a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for lost or unknown whereabouts of returns or exchanges.

8) What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, privacy, and security we accept PayPal,  Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


9) My payment won’t go through? Why is that?

Try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work feel free to contact us at info@shybexahair.com.


10) How long will my Shybexa Hair Extensions last?

Shybexa Hair longevity all depends on how well they are taken care of. Our Virgin Hair will last a minimum of a year depending on how well they are taken care of and how often they are worn. Our Fusion Hair and Clip-in Extensions will last 6 months to a year depending on how often they are worn and how well they are taken care of as well.
The types of products that are used will contribute to the longevity of your Shybexa Hair Extensions. Hair products that contain sulfates and alcohol should be used at a minimum or avoided altogether if possible. Just as with your own hair, excessive heat should be avoided to minimize damage. All Shybexa Hair Extensions are 100% Genuine Remy so they may be reused after installation.


11) What is the meaning of Remy hair?

Remy Hair is the finest quality of hair available because all the cuticles of the hair are aligned in the same direction and all the cuticles are intact. At Shybexa Hair we only provide high-quality Remy Hair to give a beautiful, natural appearance. Remy hair is very soft, manageable, shiny and lustrous. It is premium quality hair!


12) May I dye my Shybexa Hair Extensions?

Absolutely. You can dye your extensions just like you would your own hair; however they will probably last longer if you avoid harsh chemical products. It is better to
go darker when dying your extensions, as going lighter requires bleach and can be very damaging to the hair. (Just as it may be damaging to your own hair.)


13) May I apply heated styling tools on my Shybexa Hair Extensions?

Yes. Heat may be applied since the extensions are 100% Genuine Remy Hair. Just like with your own hair, excessive heat can be damaging to the hair so use heating tools sparingly to ensure a longer lifespan of your extensions. Always use a heat protectant spray prior to applying heat to your extensions.


14) May I wash my Shybexa Hair Extensions?

You definitely can. Avoid using hair products with sulfates and use a hydrating conditioner.


15) How often do I wash my Shybexa Hair extensions?

Only wash your Shybexa Hair extensions when they look like they need it. They are not growing from your scalp, so they don’t receive the natural oils as our own hair does. So there is no need to wash them as often as your own hair.


16) How do I choose the right color for my Clip-in, I-tip, or U-tip Shybexa Hair?

View the color swatches that are on the website and match them with your hair in natural daylight. If you are unsure about which color of extensions to use, you may email a close up picture of your hair taken in natural daylight. We will match it for you and recommend the best color to blend with your own hair. Our extensions are made with a multi-tone adapt coloring system which helps the extensions blend well with your own color, even if they are slightly different.


17) May I purchase an item that is on back-order?

Yes you can! As soon as the item comes back in stock we will ship it to you right away!


18) What does it mean when an item is on back-order?

When an item is on back order it means that is temporarily out of stock. As soon as the item becomes available you will have priority to receive the item when it is back in stock. The item will be shipped to you immediately when it is available. Once the item is shipped to you, you will be notified via email that your order is on the way. After purchasing an item on back order we will follow up to make sure you get your products in a timely fashion. It is not necessary for you to follow up to make sure that you receive your order. We will take care of the remainder of the process for you.
~Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will not be held back and will ship out as normal.
~The back ordered item will ship out immediately when available.
~You will be notified via a shipment confirmation e-mail (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped.
~You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments caused by back ordered items.
~We will post an estimated time of arrival to our facility on back ordered items, post it on the site next to the item, and update customers that have purchased back ordered items.


19) How do I install my Extensions?
There are multiple options for installation of your Shybexa Hair Extensions. There is a page on this site dedicated to installation methods. There are multiple application methods available.
